Our Mission

Our mission is to increase access to culturally competent health care in Haiti while creating new jobs, and promote the retention of the Haitian workforce in Haiti. We hire professionals who were born and raised in Haiti and who live in Haiti, to encourage them to stay in the country, and to play their part in rebuilding Haiti. We also offer our employees and partners in Haiti training and continuing education from experienced professionals from foreign countries such as the United States, Canada, France, and others. This is to allow to stay informed and knowledgeable about worldwide medical innovations, to provide accurate and evidence-based care to the population.
